I'm Jackson, and for me, baking bread is a form of meditation. I grew up watching my grandmother make biscuits every Sunday morning, and I’ve made it my mission to take those traditional Southern flavors and adapt them for the modern kitchen. My specialty is creating breads that are airy, buttery, and have that "billion-dollar" taste.
At 25, I represent the new generation of home bakers. I’ve spent my early twenties perfecting the "Alabaman Pecan Bread" and experimenting with different hydration levels to make the softest rolls possible. I love the chemistry of baking and I try to explain it in a way that makes sense to everyone, so you aren't just following a recipe—you're learning a skill.
