Ingredients:

  • 1 large English cucumber, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Wash the cucumber and slice it into uniform rounds approximately 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Lay the slices on a paper towel and pat the tops firmly to remove all surface moisture.
  3. In a small bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and lemon juice until the mixture is light and airy.
  4. Transfer the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag or a plastic bag with the corner snipped off.
  5. Pipe a generous swirl of cream cheese onto the center of each cucumber round.
  6. Immediately sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning over the top.
  7. Press the seeds lightly into the cheese until they are firmly adhered.
  8. Arrange the bites on a chilled platter.
