Ingredients:
- 1 large English cucumber, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
Instructions:
- Wash the cucumber and slice it into uniform rounds approximately 1/4 inch thick.
- Lay the slices on a paper towel and pat the tops firmly to remove all surface moisture.
- In a small bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and lemon juice until the mixture is light and airy.
- Transfer the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag or a plastic bag with the corner snipped off.
- Pipe a generous swirl of cream cheese onto the center of each cucumber round.
- Immediately sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning over the top.
- Press the seeds lightly into the cheese until they are firmly adhered.
- Arrange the bites on a chilled platter.
