- 2 tbsp Fresh Dill, finely chopped
- 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- 0.25 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Granulated Monk Fruit
Instructions:
- Place the sliced English cucumbers and red onions in a large colander set over a bowl. Toss thoroughly with the Kosher salt.
- Allow the vegetables to sit for 30 minutes to extract excess moisture through osmosis.
- Rinse the cucumber and onion mixture quickly under cold water to remove surface salt.
- Pat the vegetables completely dry using paper towels or a clean flour sack towel to ensure the dressing adheres.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, avocado oil mayonnaise, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, monk fruit, dill, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Combine the dried vegetables with the dressing and toss gently to coat. Chill before serving for maximum crispness.
