- 2 cups (225g) shredded rotisserie chicken
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 1/2 cup (115g) sour cream
- 1 cup (113g) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup (120ml) buffalo wing sauce
- 1/4 cup (60ml) ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup (10g) chopped green onions
Instructions:
- Combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, cubed cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing into a slow cooker.
- Stir the ingredients until roughly incorporated.
- Cover and set the slow cooker to LOW for 2 hours (or HIGH for 1 hour), avoiding opening the lid frequently.
- Once the cream cheese is fully melted, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until completely melted and glossy.
- Switch the slow cooker setting to WARM and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
