Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (225g) shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened and cubed
  • 1/2 cup (115g) sour cream
  • 1 cup (113g) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup (10g) chopped green onions

Instructions:

  1. Combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, cubed cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing into a slow cooker.
  2. Stir the ingredients until roughly incorporated.
  3. Cover and set the slow cooker to LOW for 2 hours (or HIGH for 1 hour), avoiding opening the lid frequently.
  4. Once the cream cheese is fully melted, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until completely melted and glossy.
  5. Switch the slow cooker setting to WARM and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
