Ingredients:
- 14 oz shredded cabbage mix
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
- 2 small green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 medium jalapeño, deseeded and minced
- 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
- In a small jar or mixing bowl, combine the lime juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, sea salt, ground cumin, and garlic powder.
- Whisk the dressing mixture vigorously until the honey is completely dissolved and the spices are well incorporated.
- Place the 14 oz shredded cabbage mix, chopped cilantro, sliced green onions, and minced jalapeño into a large stainless steel or glass mixing bowl.
- Pour the prepared dressing over the cabbage base.
- Use kitchen tongs to perform a high-volume toss, lifting and dropping the cabbage repeatedly until every strand is evenly coated with the dressing.
