Ingredients:

  • 14 oz shredded cabbage mix
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 2 small green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium jalapeño, deseeded and minced
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. In a small jar or mixing bowl, combine the lime juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, sea salt, ground cumin, and garlic powder.
  2. Whisk the dressing mixture vigorously until the honey is completely dissolved and the spices are well incorporated.
  3. Place the 14 oz shredded cabbage mix, chopped cilantro, sliced green onions, and minced jalapeño into a large stainless steel or glass mixing bowl.
  4. Pour the prepared dressing over the cabbage base.
  5. Use kitchen tongs to perform a high-volume toss, lifting and dropping the cabbage repeatedly until every strand is evenly coated with the dressing.
