Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup (150g) marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 cup (170g) strawberry preserves
- 1 cup (240ml) whipped topping
Instructions:
- Place the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl and beat on medium speed until completely smooth and devoid of lumps.
- Add the marshmallow fluff and strawberry preserves, increasing the speed to high. Beat for 2–3 minutes until the mixture is a uniform, pale pink and glossy.
- Reduce the mixer to the lowest setting for 10 seconds to lightly incorporate the whipped topping.
- Using a rubber spatula, gently fold the remaining whipped topping into the strawberry mixture using a 'cut and fold' motion until no white streaks remain.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, smooth the top with a spoon, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
