Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup (150g) marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 cup (170g) strawberry preserves
  • 1 cup (240ml) whipped topping

Instructions:

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl and beat on medium speed until completely smooth and devoid of lumps.
  2. Add the marshmallow fluff and strawberry preserves, increasing the speed to high. Beat for 2–3 minutes until the mixture is a uniform, pale pink and glossy.
  3. Reduce the mixer to the lowest setting for 10 seconds to lightly incorporate the whipped topping.
  4. Using a rubber spatula, gently fold the remaining whipped topping into the strawberry mixture using a 'cut and fold' motion until no white streaks remain.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, smooth the top with a spoon, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
