Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet with a fresh sheet of parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, oregano, basil, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Knead the mixture by hand until it forms a uniform, cohesive paste.
  3. Place the chicken mixture between two sheets of parchment paper. Use a rolling pin to press the dough until it is an even 1/4 inch thick. Remove the top layer of parchment paper.
  4. Par-bake the crust at 400°F for 15–20 minutes. The crust is ready when the edges are a deep mahogany brown and the surface feels firm and dry to the touch.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven. Spread the low-sugar marinara evenly across the base and top with shredded mozzarella. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
